Every order is printed to your specifications, so we stand behind print quality with a simple guarantee.

What we cover

• Misprints, misaligned artwork, or prints that don't match your approved proof.
• Defective or damaged garments.
• Wrong sizes or quantities shipped versus your order.

Report issues within 14 days of delivery with photos. We'll reprint the affected items free or issue a full refund for them, at your choice. No return shipping is required.

What we can't accept

• Returns for size-breakdown mistakes or change of mind once the proof is approved, since items are custom-made.

Cancellations

Your payment is 100% refundable until you approve your proof. Change your mind before production starts and you get every dollar back — no questions asked.

Refund timing

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
