Bulk custom shirts for school staff shirts, club tees and spirit wear. Prices start at 12 pieces — $6.00/shirt at 144+ pieces, $12.00/shirt at 12 — with full-color printing, a free proof within 24 hours and free ground shipping to all 50 states.

What schools and school groups order

These totals come from the same pricing used by the order builder and the public pricing page. One print location, adult sizes XS–XL, standard ground shipping included; any applicable tax is separate.

Sizes we carry

Adult sizes only: XS, S, M, L, XL, 2XL and 3XL on shirts, and one-size hats. There are no youth sizes — plan accordingly for elementary groups. Extended sizes cost extra per piece: 2XL +$2.50, 3XL +$3.50, charged only on shirts in those sizes.

Collecting sizes from your group

• Pick one coordinator to gather sizes — you submit one order with one size breakdown, not one order per person.
• Use a shared sheet or form with a firm cutoff date before you order.
• When in doubt between sizes, order the larger size — there are no reprints for ordering mistakes.
• Keep a few extras in common sizes (M, L, XL) for late additions.

Planning your date

• Digital proof: within 24 hours of your order.
• Production: 5–10 business days after you approve the proof.
• Shipping: an additional 2–5 business days, depending on your destination.
• Door to door: typically 7–15 business days after proof approval.

Weekends, holidays and school breaks are not business days. For homecoming, spirit week or a season start, order early and build in buffer time — contact us before ordering if your date is tight.

5. Submit your order — $0 due today. You pay only after approving the proof, and everything is 100% refundable until proof approval.

• Can each student or teacher pay separately? No — submit one order with one payment. Collect money within your group first, then order.
• Do you accept purchase orders or tax-exempt payment? Orders are paid by card after you approve the proof. Contact us and we'll help with documentation for your district's process.
• Can we see prices without talking to anyone? Yes — every price is public on the pricing page, and the PDF price sheet downloads from there.
• What if our design isn't print-ready? Artwork cleanup and setup are included free.
