We collect the least we can to take your order and to see whether our advertising works. Nothing here is sold.

What we collect

• What you give us at checkout: your company, contact name, email, phone, shipping address, artwork files, size breakdown and order notes. We use these to print and ship your order and to send your proof and invoice.
• Basic visit information: which pages you viewed, which ad or search brought you here, your device and approximate location (country level).

Cookies and ad measurement

We use Google Ads cookies for two purposes only: measuring whether an ad led to an order, and showing our ads to people more likely to order. When you submit an order we report the order number and total to Google Ads so ad spend is judged on real orders, not clicks.

The recipient of this measurement data is Google (Google Ads). Where the law asks for it — the EEA, the UK, Switzerland and Quebec — nothing is set or sent until you choose, and a declined choice is honoured.

Changing or withdrawing your choice

Your choice is stored on your device and remembered on later visits. Open Cookie settings to allow or block ad measurement again at any time; the change applies immediately. You can also clear cookies in your browser, which erases the stored choice without affecting your order.

How long we keep things

Order records are kept for accounting and reorders. Ad measurement cookies last up to 90 days. Artwork files are kept with the order so a reorder needs no re-upload.
